ninja game reviews [2021]

Who remembers the playground game where you hold your hand out for someone to slap, only to pull it away just in time?

It is one that still gets played to this day, but now there is a whole new game from Jack's Pacific to bring it into the home.

Slap Ninja is the new, fast paced skill and action game for 2 players aged 4+.

There are two ways to play:

  • as the Ninja Master who presses the trigger to use his Huge Karate Chop SLAP to defend his precious coin from his sneaky opponent.
  • as the Student, you rest one hand on the karate bench and try to tap the coin in the Ninja’s hand to defeat him, whilst the other hand hold the bench le

There are three red stars on each side of the bench that light up one by one, depending on which side won the game.

Slap Ninja is great fun and the kids love their tournaments. My only feedback is that Selby (6) struggles to push the trigger hard enough for the hand to register a slap, but I am sure he will get stronger as he practices. The game requires 3 x AAA which are included.

Slap Ninja! It takes seconds to learn, but a lifetime to master!

What Did The Kids Think Of The Slap Ninja Game

I LOVE this game. I like to get the coins the most because I’m fast.

When can we play again, mum?

FIN, AGED 7 (GOING ON 17)

Mum.

I need a wee.

INDI, AGED 2

Babblewabbleblahblah.

BEAU, AGED 1

This is a great game for kids and big kids aged 4 and over.

It’s a really great for all the family, and because the rules are simple and there are no pieces to remember and/or lose, it cuts down on fuss and upset.

The suspense element of the Slap Ninja game adds a competitive edge, which Fin particularly enjoys, especially against his dad and his sister.

Oh, and one great feature…. it comes with BATTERIES already installed!

Hallelujah! I’m terrible with batteries!

Just get the game out and start chopping away.

Buy it here.
